Stone cladding fixings
Panel / kerf / undercut · stone-on-steel brackets.
Open desk →Install-node hub · stone · facade · structural · heavy
Drawing / CAD / packing note welcome — attach a print, CAD export, or clear packing note with the enquiry. We confirm load node and finish before a number → RFQ. Datasheets follow the same thread; they are not a public PDF wall.
Six series below map to stone cladding, facade & rainscreen, structural steel, heavy baseplates, concrete plate embeds, chemical-anchor accessories, and drawing-led OEM. Each block is a desk checklist for enquiry — Focus, engineering short-label, materials, typical inquiry fields, and an honest Open/Confirm line. Not a screws / bolts / nuts shelf list.

Same function as a buying-desk path — written for stone cladding, facade, structural steel, and heavy baseplate work. Link the step that matches where you are.
Documents & CAD again: send drawing / CAD / packing note with the RFQ. We confirm the install node and finish language before quoting. See drawing handoff · RFQ checklist · Contact.
Name substrate, load path, and the controlling drawing or revision for the install node — panel thickness, backup, class/coating, or hole/plate stack-up as the print requires.
We confirm manufacturability, finish, and qty band against that node before a number. Mixed stone + steel nodes stay on one thread when you say so.
Sample loop, packing / ID note, and reply window — then treat the RFQ as complete. Start from Contact / RFQ or the checklist on RFQ checklist.

Focus: Stone cladding · soffits · stone-on-steel brackets. Start from panel thickness, backup (concrete / steel), and wind / dead-load language on the print — then pick anchors or edge brackets.
| Focus | Stone panel to concrete or steel backup via anchors / brackets · kerf, undercut, or edge clip as the print names |
|---|---|
| Engineering short-label | Undercut / edge anchor · stone bracket · panel to backup |
| Materials / finish | Stainless or coated · corrosion language from facade atmosphere (buyer-specified on RFQ) |
| Typical inquiry fields | Panel thickness · kerf / undercut type · edge distance · bracket style · backup (concrete / steel) · wind / dead-load note · qty band · destination market |
| Assembly / node note | Lock panel thickness, kerf / undercut geometry, and edge distance before price. Stone-on-steel needs isolation callouts on the same thread. |
| Open / honest | Site install-node photos still Open — do not invent undercut capacity or hold values here |
Guides: undercut stone RFQ (G4) · stone-on-steel (G9) · load-path primer · RFQ checklist · Guides index. Applications: stone cladding.

Focus: Facade & rainscreen. Metal, composite, or hybrid skins fixed to a subframe — clip / bracket type and atmosphere drive the spec, not a generic “cladding screw” SKU.
| Focus | Rainscreen or metal skin to subframe · clip / bracket / rivet family as the node requires |
|---|---|
| Engineering short-label | Panel clip · bracket · rainscreen / metal skin to subframe |
| Materials / finish | Atmosphere-aware metals · stainless / coated options on quote (buyer corrosion language) |
| Typical inquiry fields | Skin type · subframe material · atmosphere · clip / bracket style · slot vs round hole · thermal axis note · qty band · destination market |
| Assembly / node note | Mark slot vs round hole and thermal axis on the bracket before quoting diameter and finish. Keep skin and subframe on one desk. |
| Open / honest | Facade node photos still Open — send print or field note with the enquiry; no invented clip capacity |
Guides: cladding bracket RFQ (G5) · drawing handoff · RFQ checklist · Guides index. Applications: facade & rainscreen.

Focus: Structural steel. Frames, gussets, and connection plates — strength class and coating follow the controlling revision, not a catalog claim.
| Focus | Beam / gusset / plate bolted joint · class and coating locked to the revision |
|---|---|
| Engineering short-label | HS bolt · nut + washer set · frame / gusset plate joint |
| Materials / finish | Class & coating from drawing · zinc / HDG / other on quote — no shelf default |
| Typical inquiry fields | Diameter · length · strength class · coating · nut/washer set · revision letter · interchangeability ban if any · qty band · destination market |
| Assembly / node note | Strength class and coating must match the controlling revision — not a commercial hex default. Call out matched set vs loose parts. |
| Open / honest | Confirm revision letter and any interchangeability ban on the print before treating the RFQ as priced |
Guides: structural bolt class & coating (G8) · drawing handoff · RFQ checklist · Guides index. Applications: steel structure.

Focus: Heavy baseplates. High-bearing plant and structural joints where wrench clearance and bearing area control the node — heavy hex bolts, nuts, washers as a set when the print calls for them.
| Focus | High-load joint · baseplate · plant fixing · wrench envelope and bearing area on the detail |
|---|---|
| Engineering short-label | Heavy hex head · matched nut / washer · high-bearing joint |
| Materials / finish | Carbon steel · HDG / zinc · stainless options on request — finish follows the print |
| Typical inquiry fields | Diameter · length · head style · matched nut/washer · finish · fixture hole · plate thickness · embedment note · qty band · destination market |
| Assembly / node note | Lock fixture hole size, plate thickness, and embedment on the through-plate detail. Wrench clearance belongs on the same note. |
| Open / honest | Bearing area / wrench envelope notes from the drawing — we do not invent plant capacity figures on this page |
Guides: wedge anchor RFQ (G7) · load-path primer · RFQ checklist · Guides index. Applications: heavy industrial.

Focus: Often sits under stone / structural / heavy when the backup is concrete. Through-bolt expansion anchors for plates and brackets — hole size and fixture thickness must match the print.
| Focus | Plate or bracket through-fix into concrete / masonry · wedge path separate from chemical desk |
|---|---|
| Engineering short-label | Through-bolt · clip + nut + washer · plate / bracket embed |
| Materials / finish | Carbon steel · stainless on request · zinc · HDG · other on quote |
| Typical inquiry fields | Diameter · embedment · finish · base material · fixture thickness · hole size · qty band · destination market |
| Assembly / node note | Wedge through-plate vs chemical path — one desk per quote thread. Hole size and fixture stack-up must match the controlling detail. |
| Open / honest | Confirm hole size and fixture stack-up on the controlling detail; no invented embedment capacities here |
Guides: wedge anchor RFQ (G7) · chemical-anchor RFQ (G6) · RFQ checklist · Guides index. Applications: concrete anchoring.

Focus: Chemical anchor jobs. Threaded rods, mesh sleeves, and kits when resin is project-side — we supply matching hardware; resin brand and edge distance stay buyer-specified.
| Focus | Bonded rod in concrete with mesh sleeve · metal package quoted against the print |
|---|---|
| Engineering short-label | Bonded rod · mesh sleeve · resin kit · edge-distance node |
| Materials / finish | Rod grade & finish per drawing · zinc / HDG / stainless options |
| Typical inquiry fields | Rod diameter · length · finish · sleeve type · kit contents · edge-distance note · qty band · destination market |
| Assembly / node note | Resin brand stays buyer-specified; quote the metal package against the print. Keep wedge vs chemical on separate desks. |
| Open / honest | Resin capacity / brand lists not claimed here — confirm on RFQ; do not invent stock or ETA for resin |

Send install node, controlling print (or clear fields), quantity band, and destination market. We confirm before quote — samples and private-label marking follow the same thread. Mixed stone + facade + structural nodes stay one enquiry when you mark the controlling revision.
