FAQ for buyers
Procurement desk for Dashitou overseas B2B partners. Visible answers match the FAQPage schema on this page only—home teaser uses the same wording, no second FAQPage.
Do you publish prices or MOQ on the site?
No fixed retail prices and no cart MOQ table. Quotes depend on material, finish, quantity band, and Incoterms for stone cladding, structural, and heavy nodes. Share specs on the RFQ form; use Guides · RFQ checklist before you write.
Can you OEM to our drawings?
Yes—send drawings or samples. We confirm manufacturability and packaging against the controlling revision before sampling. Mark revision, units, and controlling node; see Drawing & CAD handoff.
Are certifications listed on every page?
We do not invent certificates, plant area, or ranking badges online. Applicable documents are shared privately when relevant to the RFQ.
What product focus does Dashitou have?
Stone cladding, structural steel, and heavy-duty site fixings for overseas B2B RFQ—undercut and chemical paths, cladding brackets, through-plate wedges, structural bolt class/coating, stone-on-steel isolation. Not a generic stainless screws→bolts→nuts warehouse catalog. Browse Guides G4–G9 and Products.
How do I request samples or a catalog?
Use the Enquire / RFQ form and choose Samples or Catalog. Include company, country, category, shipping destination, and the install node in buyer words.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Company, country, load/scenario, specs or materials, quantity band, target use, and any drawings. Name substrate and install node first (Load-path primer). Attach files in the email reply after the form opens your mail client. Full printable list: RFQ checklist.
Where is the full RFQ checklist?
Use the printable job sheet on Guides · RFQ checklist. It expands company/country, load/scenario, specs or drawing, qty band, and target use/standard for stone, structural, and heavy enquiries. Then open the RFQ form.
How do I hand over a drawing after the mailto form?
There is no auto reference UUID. Keep one email thread to shizhanhao6@gmail.com, mark revision / units / controlling node, and attach the file. Step-by-step: Drawing & CAD handoff.
How should I name substrate, load, and install node?
Name substrate, load case in buyer words, and a one-line install node before picking a series. See Load path & node primer, the home load-path strip, and Applications.
Undercut stone vs chemical anchor—which desk?
Dry undercut into stone panels is a different desk from chemical/bonded rod + buyer-side resin. Use Undercut stone anchor RFQ (G4) or Chemical anchor accessories (G6)—one desk per quote thread. If the print is unclear, mark Open and attach the section.
Cladding bracket: slot or round hole?
Mark which holes are slotted vs round and the slot long-axis direction (install tolerance vs seasonal/thermal movement). See Cladding bracket fasteners (G5) before quoting diameter and finish.
Wedge through-plate vs chemical path?
Through-plate wedge/expansion into concrete is Wedge anchors in concrete plates (G7). Chemical/bonded stays on G6 with resin buyer-specified. Do not mix the two desks in one number.
Stone-on-steel: what isolation do I need?
Call out isolation material and washer stack order on the print. Pad brand stays buyer-named or Open on this site. See Stone-on-steel isolation (G9); pair with G5 when slots/holes also apply.
Must structural bolt class match the drawing revision?
Yes. Strength class and coating follow the controlling revision on the connection schedule—not a commercial hex shelf default. See Structural bolt class & coating (G8) and Drawing handoff.
Why are some guide hero photos marked Open?
Curtain-wall and node photos must be real install shots (≥1200). We do not use AI CGI or workshop stand-ins as node heroes. Until a real shot lands, the hero slot stays Open.
